Ever since Manisha Koirala has been detected with cancer,she has shown what a tough fighter she is. After her surgery in the US,she has been regularly posting her photos on social networking sites. Most of these images show a smiling Koirala wearing wigs,turbans and bandanas while posing with friends and family members. On Friday,the actor shared a candid photo of herself without any head cover. The post read: My new avatar and we couldnt stop admiring her honesty. According to sources,Koirala,has made steady progress and will soon be back in Mumbai.
