Bail to City Limouzine chairman

A sessions court has granted bail to Sayed Masood,chairman,City Limouzine Group in a cheating case.

Masood and his associate Seema Razzaki,who is a director of the group,were arrested from Delhi by a special team of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW). There are two cases against the accused registered with the EOW and six others registered at local police stations. The court granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh after the defence argued that no further investigations were required as the chargesheet was filed in the case.

Defence lawyer Rajesh Shrivastav said,“The police have already filed the final report before the court thus no further investigations need to be done for which custody of the accused is required.” He added that since the accused is a permanent resident of the city he would be available before the investigating agency as and when required. Judge V S Murkute also directed Masood to be available for further investigations.
