GNDEC sets benchmark with 290 placements

Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College has been declared as the number one college in terms of placements by Dr Rajneesh Arora,Vice Chancellor,PTU. Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College has achieved 290 placements till date for the batch 2007 – 2011,adding another feather to its hat and has thus bagged the title of the ‘Placement King’.

Recently,Dr MS Saini,Director GNDEC,received the award for the No. 1 Government College by Star News on behalf of the college. GNDEC – a premier institute of North India — has also been ranked 19th amongst the professional colleges of the Nation including IITs and NITs.

Prof KS Mann,Dean T&P,proudly stated that 45 MNCs have already visited the campus in the placement scenario and the trend is expected to continue till first week of May. The visiting companies appreciated the overall knowledge and technical skills of the students of the institute.
