Essay writing contest held

To commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad,a visionary educationist,an inter-class essay writing competition was organised on the occasion of National Education Day at Ramgarhia Girls College on Monday. The students participated in the competition and churned out well-researched essays on the topic of “Science and Society”. First prize was won by Sukhwinder Kaur (BA-II). Anita (BA-II) stood second and Harleen Kaur (BA-II) clinched third prize. A consolation prize was given to Jatinder Kaur (MA-II,Punjabi).
