CIPHET transfers soyabean processing technology to local youth

Director of the Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET),Dr R T Patil,licensed technology of soyabean processing to a local youth,Sham Sunder,on Friday. He also said youth should set up their own ventures and create jobs for others. Claiming that profitability was very high in food processing as compared to other industries, Patil said,“Anyone setting up the industry should give top priority to quality and packaging. Otherwise,customer will not buy the product for the second time. Besides,the entrepreneur must have patience and an urge to improve his product.”
