Christian leaders hold meeting

An all-Christian community meeting was held under the the leadership of Father Jose at Holy Cross Church here on Thursday. Eminent Christian leaders of different churches like Protestants,Catholics,Pentecostal and Methodist etc from all over Punjab participated the meeting,where topical issues like terrorism and Lok Sabha elections were discussed.

Albert Dua,president of Holy Cross Church,said,“All the leaders have unanimously decided to consider fighting election by nominating a Christian candidate.”

Warris K Masih (CNI),said,“We are calling a meeting on April 2 at Kalvari church,in which we will decide to which political party we should support.”

Father Jose said that we would conduct rallies all over Punjab and India to lay stress on national integration. Among those present at the meeting were Warris K Masih,K. Koshi,Madan Lal,Issac Dutta,Pawan Gulzar,Augustin Dass,Advocate David Gill,Sarofin Kukkuu,K C Gupta,Alex P. Sunil and other community leaders.
