Additional Municipal Commissioner inspects work on Buddha Nallah

Additional Municipal Commissioner Kamalpreet Kaur Brar on Saturday inspected the cleanliness drive at Buddha Nallah by visiting a few thickly populated pockets of the city. The inspection began from the Chand Cinema and it continued till Haibowal.

Brar said,“More emphasis needs to be laid on these pockets for the free flow of water in the drain. Men are at job,but still we need to work harder at few of the points.”

She added,“It is sad that residents continue to throw filth in the nallah which hence is increasing the work of the men employed for the work.”
