In case you haven’t already been stormed by the promos on Imagine TV,be informed that missile-mouth Rakhi Sawant is coming back in a show titled rather objectionably Rakhi ka Insaaf. This time she appears in a role similar to Kiran Bedi’s who held a court on a Star Plus programme to resolve domestic disputes. But while Bedi’s verdict was based largely on the Indian Penal Code,Sawant cannot even get the abbreviation rightshe calls it ICP!

She was addressing media in cities across the country,including Lucknow,in a video conference. Admitting that she has no knowledge of the law,she termed all disputes resolved by her as dil ke maamle (matters of heart). Whe-ther it is of a wife-beating man or an infidel wife,they have all been matters of the heart and I have given my verdict straight from my heart.
With admirable ease,she fielded the volley of questions on how she could intervene in other people’s mess when she had herself remained a victim to persecution in the form of being publicly molested by singer Mika,betrayed by ex-beau Abhishek and given a raw deal by Yash Raj Films who chopped off large portions of footage given to her in Dil Bole Hadippa in the final cut.
I spared no effort to expose Mika and Abhishek and how I had been wronged by them. As far as Yash Raj is concerned,it is my curse on them that all their movies are flopping. Adroitly she brushed aside queries about her previous failed attempt on the same channel to find a match in Rakhi ka Swayamvar. I am wiser by experience and God willing I will soon find a man who will be my repose rather than set eyes on my wealth and assets.
