The UP government transferred 10 IPS officers,including two
officers each of ADG and IG ranks,on Saturday.
Shailendra Sagar,the ADG Human Rights Commission,has been shifted to Technical Services,while the CB-CID ADG,BM Saraswat,has replaced him.
The STF IG,KL Meena,is posted as Lucknow Range IG while Mirzapur Range IG Chandra Deo was shifted to the Public Grievances wing at the DGP Headquarters.
The Basti Range DIG,RP Singh,has been asked to join Mirzapur Range while DIG at the Public Grievances wing Abhimanyu
Tripathi will take charge of the Basti Range. Deepesh Juneja,the Saharanpur Range DIG,has swapped places with the CB-CID DIG,PK Srivastava.
Siddhartha Nagar SP Akhilesh Kumar is shifted as Commandant 41 battalion at Ghaziabad,while 35th battalion Commandant at Lucknow Upendra Kumar Agrawal will replace Akhilesh Kumar.
Meanwhile,Additional SP Agra BP Ashok has been posted as Additional SP (West) Lucknow replacing Paresh Pandey,who is sent as ASP (Trans-Gomti) in Lucknow. The ASP at the Trans-Gomti,Lucknow Ashok Prasad is shifted to Mathura,replacing Udai Pratap,who will take charge as ASP Agra.
Besides,the government also transferred two IAS officers. Sanjeev Kumar,the Secretary Human Rights Commission,has been made Secretary (Home),while Deepika Duggal,secretary,General Administration,will replace Sanjeev Kumar.
