Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly Sukhdeo Rajbhar on Saturday disqualified two BSP MLAs,Jitendra Kumar Singh Babloo and Dasharath Prasad Chauhan under anti-defection law.
Rajbhar told reporters that the application of state BSP president Swami Prasad Maurya seeking disqualification of both the MLAs has been accepted.
While Jitendra Kumar Singh,MLA from Bikapur constituency in Faizabad district, has been disqualified from September 29,2011,Dasharath Prasad Chauhan,MLA from Haiser Bazar constituency in Sant Kabir Nagar, has been disqualified from October 12,2011.
