Ruling out partisan action in the fresh Muzaffarnagar killings,Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav said strict action will be taken against those found guilty of vitiating the atmosphere. Some people are accusing us of acting in a partisan manner. A political group wants to highlight one incident and underplay the other. We will take action against those who have spoiled the atmosphere, he said after unveiling projects worth Rs 2,318 crore of state mandi parishad at his residence Friday.
On Wednesday,three Muslims were killed in Bhaurakalan in Muzaffarnagar while a woman was found murdered in Fughana.
Defending police action of controlling the situation,Akhilesh said DGP Devraj Nagar is at the spot and will submit his report Friday night.
