The newly launched The Blue Bar at Delhis Taj Palace Hotel was the venue for an impromptu party-cum-fashion show for Christian Dior on Wednesday.
Ten outfits by Dior,like draped bubble skirts and full-length evening gowns,were unveiled on a ramp in the open dining lounge adjacent to the bar.
Hostess Kalyani Chawla was occupied by actor Priyanka Chopra,resplendent in a white chiffon gown. Other guests included Mumbai-based socialites Queenie Dhody and Mozez Singh and designer Ritu Beri.
Socialite Priya Chatwal,in an indigo blue dress,hung out with Rohit Bal,who chose to maintain a stoic silence about allegations of plagiarism about his grand finale collection in the recent Wills India Lifestyle Fashion Week.
