Counting of votes in the Bhatpar Rani Assembly by-election will begin at 8 am in Deoria on Thursday. While there are 12 candidates in fray in the by-poll,the main contest is between Samajwadi Party candidate Ashutosh Upadhyay and BSP candidate Binda.
