According to sources, the students were discussing the prolonged war between Israel and Hamas on Monday evening when it turned towards the Prophet and the student allegedly made a few objectionable comments on Him. The student also claimed that he had made his comments on the issue viral on the Internet which angered his fellow students.
School officials also said others beat the boy up after locking him inside a room on Monday evening.
“They forced him to delete his objectionable post. He saved himself by running towards the office of the Proctor where our security personnel saved him. His parents were informed and they took him home,” said an official.
