4 die of encephalitis

Four people suffering from encephalitis succumbed to the deadly brain fever at Baba Raghav Das Medical College Hospital here in the last 24 hours,taking the death toll due to the disease to 428 in the eastern part of Uttar Pradesh,a health official said on Saturday.
