Trinamool Congress leader Mukul Roy Sunday said their party would bring in development in Darjeeling Hills through the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA). At the first public meeting of Trinamool Congress in Darjeeling Hills where three casual works of GJM joined the party,Roy said people here need development and so they are joining the Trinamool which will develop the Hills through GTA.
