Stay on order proclaiming missing AMRI directors as offenders

The District Judge of South 24-Parganas on Wednesday stayed the order passed by the CJM court,which had declared three director of AMRI Hospital — Aditya Agarwal,Rahul Todi and Priti Sureka — as proclaimed offenders.

The District Judge of South 24-Parganas on Wednesday stayed the order passed by the CJM court,which had declared three director of AMRI Hospital — Aditya Agarwal,Rahul Todi and Priti Sureka — as proclaimed offenders.

On January 6,hearing the plea of the Kolkata Police,the CJM court of Alipore declared the three accused in the AMRI fire case as proclaimed offender as they were untraceable since the incident. The District judge has put a stay on the order passed by the CJM court till February 20.
