Heroien seized in Alipore Jail

Alipore central jail authorities on Saturday seized 26 gram heroin packed in 96 paper pouches from a youth who visited the jail to meet a lifer. Riyaz Hussain,a resident of central Kolkata,came to visit Giyas Hussain. The heroin was traced while security personnel searched Riyaz at the entry gate. According to jail sources,the heroin was passed inside the jail to be sold among other inmates.
