But Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee is telling the Centre only three districts Purulia,Bankura and West Midnapore are affected by violence, said Partho Chatterjee,Leader of Opposition in the state Assembly. He was flanked by working president of state Congress Pradip Bhattacharjee and Congress Legislative Party leader Manas Bhuniya.
Pradip Bhattacharjee said the joint team also raised the issue of attack on Silda camp and how the state government has not only failed to protect the EFR jawans but is mishandling the situation as well.
