Two arrested for fraud

The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested two persons for allegedly running fake offices in the name of government organisations such as NREGS.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has arrested two persons for allegedly running fake offices in the name of government organisations such as NREGS. The duo,identified as Harminder Singh and Parminder,allegedly duped several persons by promising them jobs in government organisations. They would charge anywhere between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 5 lakh for each ‘job’. The two were produced before a Delhi court on Saturday and then remanded in CBI custody for five days.
