Delhi University student assaulted by Facebook friend

NEW DELHI:An 18-year-old Delhi University student was sexually assaulted allegedly by a man he had befriended on social networking site Facebook. The incident was reported from Gokulpuri,Northeast Delhi,on Friday. The victim,a first-year student of Bcom who lives in Gokulpuri village,had gone to meet his online friend,who came in a car accompanied by two other boys,police said. The three sexually assaulted the student in the car,police said,the victim told police. The student added that an MMS clip of the act had been made.

New circle rates for plots in Gurgaon

GURGAON:New circle rates have been fixed for plots and land in the district for coming financial year. The new rates,effective from April 1,have been decided as per the location of the land or plot. Deputy Commissioner P C Meena said that details of new rates will be available in circle offices and district administration website http://www.gurgaon.nic.in.
