Raise slogans with such force that glasses of Sheesh Mahal shatter, Amit Shah slams AAP

Accusing Kejriwal and former deputy CM Manish Sisodia of “drowning” the youth in liquor — both have been jailed in connection to the excise policy case — Shah said that none of the promises made by AAP have been fulfilled.

“…They (were involved in) scams worth crores. There is only one education minister (Sisodia) in the country, who (was) in jail for liquor scam. They said they will give clean water, they said they will give permanent houses to slum dwellers. But all they did was build Sheesh Mahal and indulge in corruption,” he said.

Shah maintained that BJP’s CM choice won’t live in the CM’s bungalow. “Aren’t you ashamed Kejriwal? You said you won’t take cars, bungalows. Now you have built one after breaking down four bungalows. Our CM won’t live there. He won’t be used to living in such a house. But we will open the bungalow for the people to see,” he added.

“…he (Kejriwal) comes, makes an innocent face and says I am not allowed to work. It’s your government, how can anyone stop you from working? ” he asked.

Shah goes on to point out the achievements of BJP governments. “In Uttarakhand, we have brought the Uniform Civil Code. Now, no one there can have four wives. We do what we say. Kejriwal never does what he says. He said he would take a dip in Yamuna, he didn’t.”

“Do you get Rs 5 lakh worth of free treatment? No, because Kejriwal doesn’t let you. But… Narendra Modi will give Rs 10 lakh for free treatment for every resident…,” Shah told the gathering.

Maintaining that BJP will make Delhi the best Capital in the world, Shah said, “All other states have gone ahead in the last 10 years. But Delhi is at the same place. We will make a Yamuna river fund and clean the river in three years. We will give Rs 21,000 to pregnant women. We will give gas cylinders for Rs 500…”
