A Delhi court has directed CBI to approach the Delhi High Court for directions after several important documents including witness statements went missing in a case of illegal allotment of resettlement plots in 2004.

A Delhi court has directed CBI to approach the Delhi High Court for directions after several important documents including witness statements went missing in a case of illegal allotment of resettlement plots in 2004. Several DDA and Slum and JJ department officials are accused in the case.

Special CBI Judge Anoop Kumar Mendiratta observed that the case clearly reflects malafide exercise by the prosecution,which had failed to place crucial documents and statement of witnesses on record.
