While March began its march towards summer at a scorching pace,the month is set to end on a cooler note. The effect was felt on Wednesday the mercury fell from Tuesdays 34.5 degrees Celsius to 30.4 degrees Celsius but the weatherman says more is in the offing over the weekend.

While parts of the National Capital Region saw light drizzle on Tuesday and Wednesday,Met Department director B P Yadav forecasts rain on Friday,though he says the temperature could increase a little on Thursday. Reason: Winds coming from Arabian Sea,Yadav says. Besides,this is the normal phenomenon at the transition between winters and summers. The temperature is expected to rise tomorrow since there will be no drizzle but we are expecting showers on Friday.
