6,500+ DDA flats up for grabs in Delhi till March 31; here’s how you can buy one
The Delhi Development Authority has sold 7,231 flats worth around Rs 2,800 crore in the 2024-25 financial year, making it a record year for housing sales, a senior official said.

If you want to buy a flat under the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) in the Capital, you can purchase it under one of the two housing schemes launched at the beginning of this year. The schemes offer a discount of 25 per cent to various categories of disadvantaged groups.
The flats are available till March 31 on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis in Narela, Loknayakpuram and Siraspur. As of March 4, the DDA has sold 7,231 flats worth around Rs 2,800 crore in the 2024-25 financial year, making it a record year for housing sales, a senior DDA official said.
Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana
Who is eligible:
- Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), auto-rickshaw drivers, cab drivers, street vendors, women, war widows, ex-servicemen or recipients of gallantry awards, persons with disabilities, and persons belonging to the SC/ST category
- Drivers need to have a permit and registration from the Transport Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD); street vendors need to be registered under the PM Svanidhi Scheme
Price range: Rs 75.61 – Rs 129.8 lakh for Middle-Income Group (MIG) and High-Income Group (HIG) flats; Rs 10.4 – Rs 24.7 lakh for Low-Income Group (LIG) and EWS flats
Booking amount: Rs 50,000 for EWS flats; Rs 1 lakh for LIG flats, Rs 4 lakh for MIG flats; Rs 10 lakh for HIG flats
Built-up area: MIG flats have two bedrooms, and HIG flats have three bedrooms. These flats are spread across 112-186 sq m. EWS and LIG flats are one-bedroom units spread across 33-66.4 sq m.
Shramik Awaas Yojana 2025
Who is eligible:
- Construction workers and labourers
- They need to be registered under the Delhi Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (DBOCWWB); artisans under PM Vishwakarma scheme
Price range: Up to Rs 9 lakh
Booking amount: Rs 50,000
Built-up area: 34-35.1 sq m, one-bedroom units
Common Checklist
- Registration and booking can only be done online via the DDA website
- People can visit the flats before purchase
- DDA has also collaborated with the fintech company Ambak to provide loan financing
- The registration amount is Rs 25,000
- The booking and registration amounts are non-refundable
