India’s 2nd Apple store to open in Delhi’s Saket today
The first-floor store, situated at South Delhi’s Select City Walk Mall, is much smaller than the flagship store in Mumbai but will showcase all Apple products and experiences.

India’s second Apple Store, complete with India-made white oak tables and curation of Apple products in all sizes and colours, will be inaugurated in Delhi’s Saket Thursday, just days after the first store opened in Mumbai.
The first-floor store, situated at South Delhi’s Select City Walk Mall, is much smaller than the flagship store in Mumbai but will showcase all Apple products and experiences.
The store will have 70 employees who can speak 15 languages among them.
Highlighting that the idea was to have a store that was open for all, Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice-president of retail, said: “Our incredible team members look forward to connecting with the local community and helping them find new ways to pursue their passions and unleash their creativity through our amazing products and services.”
Wendy Beckman, Apple’s senior director for retail under whom the India stores will come, said customers will be invited to explore all their products and services. “Our team will be here to walk them through anything they need and your questions to support service, but also they’ll be able to share some of the services that we offer like ways to buy, our training program, and Apple pickup.”
