A 30-year-old employee of a gas agency was allegedly shot at by four assailants when he resisted their robbery attempt on Tuesday night in Outer Delhi. The victim,Surjan Singh,received two bullet injuries in his chest when he resisted an attempt by the four to snatch his cash-filled bag. Singh was rushed to a hospital where his condition is critical.
