You can visit Mount Rushmore this Independence Day,right here in Delhi. The famous US landmark,sporting the sculpted faces of four American presidents,is being recreated by Select Citywalk mall,Saket,as a part of I Day celebrations. Protruding from the mountainside will be the faces of the heroes who led our country to freedom Mahatma Gandhi,Jawaharlal Nehru,Maulana Azad,Shaheed Bhagat Singh,Lal Bahadur Shastri and Subhash Chandra Bose.

The 30x20ft model of Mount Rushmore took a team of five people,flown in from Mumbai,10 days to build. Green warriors will be happy since the structure uses only environment friendly material such as jute and fibre. The structure will be on display from August 12 to 28.
