Cop goes missing
A 41-year-old Delhi Police constable has gone missing from the Jahangirpuri area of Outer Delhi. The police said Vijay Singhs wife told them on Monday,March 2 that his mobile phone was switched off and that he was missing from the barracks he was living in as part of his duty. A complaint has been lodged at the Jahangirpuri police station and a search has been launched in the matter.

Two hurt in brawl
Two people were injured in a brawl between two families in Najafgarh on Sunday. The police said Rajbir Singh went to meet his daughters in-laws after she claimed she was being harassed by them. Singh alleged he and his wife were beaten up by some men called by his daughters in-laws. Singh is currently recuperating in hospital. His daughter,Neelam,is married to Dharam Dev,a teacher in a Haryana school. The police said they were waiting for initial reports and would take further steps accordingly. No case has been registered in the matter.
