Traffic movement will be restricted in Connaught Place on Thursday (December 31) from 7.30 pm till late night. Joint Commissioner (Traffic) S N Shrivastava said,No vehicle will be allowed to proceed towards CP after 7.30 pm beyond Mandi House,Bengali Market,North foot of Ranjit Singh Flyover,Minto Road-Deen Dayal Upadhaya Marg crossing,Chelmsford Road near Munje Chowk (New Delhi station),RK Ashram Marg-Chitragupta Marg Crossing,Gole Market,GPO-New Delhi,Patel Chowk,Kasturba Gandhi Road-Ferozshah Road Crossing and Jai Singh Road-Bangla Sahib Lane. CP:No Metro after 9 pmEntry and exit points at Rajiv Chowk Metro station will close at 9 pm on Thursday,with sale of tickets stopping at 8.45 pm. Interchange facility between Line-2 (Central Secretariat-Jahangirpuri) and Line-3 (Dwarka Sec 9-Noida Sec 32) will remain operational at Rajiv Chowk station till 11 pm. No tokens for Rajiv Chowk station will be issued from any station from 8 pm,the DMRC said.
