Few months ago they were moved to various entry points in the court complex. However, most of them are gathering dust and are yet to be used. The caretakers passed on the blame to police stating that since they were low on security staff, many machines were yet to be inaugurated. The court staff, however, insist that such nuanced excuses were made for installing every electronic equipment in the court. “It is customary to install an equipment only after its warranty expires,” an employee commented.
