The promos of Kartik Calling Kartik are all over the TV channels with a lissome Deepika Padukone and Farhan Akhtar in the high voltage dance number Uff Teri Adaa,but before we can ask the duo to comment about their chemistry in Vijay Lalwani’s debut project,Padukone looking resigned,snaps back,“I have heard a lot about our pairing but I don’t understand the fuss.” Padukone was in town with Akhtar,Lalwani and the co-producer Ritesh Sidhwani at PVR Select Citywalk for the Delhi round of the film’s promotion. It releases on February 26.

KCK will be Akhtar’s third acting venture opposite debutant directors. “I work with debutant directors since their screenplays are their own,and nobody else can get the plot better,” says Akhtar,also immersed with pre-production work of Don 2— The Chase Continues.
