Gurgaon : Two youths snatched a bag from an MNC employee,Promila Ghosh,a resident of Heritage City. Besides Rs 6,000 in cash,the purse contained important documents. According to police,the incident took place in front of Galleria Market,when the victim stepped out of her car. Police have made sketches of the offenders,based on the description provided by the victim,to identify them.

Three persons arrested for oil theft

Gurgaon: The Sohna police have arrested three persons for stealing oil from an Indian Oil pipeline passing through the area. Police said they used to sell it in the market at a high price. Police are searching for the kingpin of the gang.

Police search for trio who looted motorist

Gurgaon: Police have registered a case against three unidentified persons who allegedly looted a motorist, Lokendra Pratap,who gave them a lift at IIFCO Chowk. According to police,they had robbed Pratap of Rs 8,000 in cash,besides ATM card and valuables. Following this,they had allegedly abandoned Pratap in a deserted field and driven off with the car. The incident took place in the Khekri Dhaula police station limits.
