Woman kills daughter,sets herself ablaze

Perturbed over constant harassment for dowry,a woman allegedly committed suicide after setting her 3-year-old daughter ablaze. Jagroop Kaur took the extreme step on Thursday,as she was being tortured physically and mentally by her husband and in-laws for dowry,parents of Kaur alleged in their complaint to police. Police said that bodies of the two were found badly charred and have been handed over to the family after the post mortem. No arrest has been made so far.
