The UT’s minimum temperature on Saturday was 3 degrees Celsius,lower than that of that of Shimla (4.2) ,Dharamshala (4.1) and Jammu (4.7). The plains are facing the chill,with Amritsar’s temperature touching zero and that of Hisar 0.3 degrees.
