SAMSUNG has announced the launch of Corby Speed,its first touch screen mobile handset on the CDMA platform with high speed mobile broadband capability. The phone supports full service (voice + data) across all CDMA operators OMH SIM cards like Tata Indicom,Reliance Mobile,MTS and Virgin Mobile,with the latter set to launch their OMH Cards in January 2010. Announcing the launch,Hendrick Lee,Vice-President,Mobile Division,Samsung India Electronics Ltd mentioned,”With the launch of the Corby Speed model,we are targeting the youth and young professionals who are looking for hi-speed Internet surfing,faster downloads,quick access to SNS and instant messaging on their phone.
