Saini joins Congress

In a setback to Haryana Janhit Congress,former Minister Hari Singh Saini left the party and joined the Congress. Saini had a meeting with Phool Chand Mullana,president,Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee and Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda at New Delhi today after which he announced his decision to join Congress party.

Birender Singh,state Finance Minister and Kuldeep Sharma,working president of HPCC were also present,a release issued by the HPCC said here. Saini was elected to State Vidhan Sabha in 1987 and became a minister in 1988.
