Police registered a case of criminal intimidation,snatching,theft and thrashing filed by a PU student,Ishmeet. The incident occurred after he got into a heated argument with another student during a function in the Department of Geology on Tuesday. Later the same evening,when Ishmeet left for home,he was followed by two cars. The boys in the cars stopped Ishmeet,snatched his gold chain,took off his turban,beat him and stole other things as well. All the boys fled.
