PSEB Class X results out; 64 pc pass

Of the total 3,42,213 students who appeared for the first semester exams of Class X conducted by the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) in September,as many as 2,21,258 students have cleared the exams.

Declaring the result here on Friday,PSEB Chairman Dr Dalbir Singh Dhillon said the total pass percentage was 64.65 per cent. He said all students could find the detailed results on the board’s website http://www.pseb.ac.in from 6 am onwards on December 11. Students have also been provided with the facility to check their result through e-mail for which they will have to get themselves registered first. In yet another facility,students can get their result on their cell phones by sending an SMS,typing PSEB10 to 56731.

School heads can retrieve the result of their candidates from the board website using the code of their respective schools. The result of Class XII first semester exams is still awaited and the PSEB assures to declare it shortly.
