Myra Jwanda came up with a good performance to win the title in the girls’ Under-8 age category in the First Putting Competition organised by Chandigarh Golf Association on Tuesday.
Unaiza Babbutta claimed the second spot in the same event. In the boys’ category in the same event,Abhimanyu claimed the title while Aditya grabbed the second spot.
In the 8-10 years category in the girls’ event,Saheyba won the title while Kaayna claimed the runner-up spot. In the boys’ category in the same event,Gorav emerged as the winner while Vaibhav claimed the second spot. In the 10-12 years category in the girls’ event,Lakhmehar emerged as the winner while Heena claimed the second spot.
In the boys’ event,Manit emerged as the winner while Yuvraj claimed the second spot. Col. HS Baidwan,chairman golf activities announced that a putting competition for CGA camp will be organised every three months. Jesse Grewal,director,CGA Golf Academy gave away the prizes to the winners.
