A local court on Wednesday sentenced a man to two years rigorous imprisonment,holding him guilty of possessing narcotics.

The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge,Preeti Sahni announced the sentence while imposing a penalty of Rs 2,000 on the guilty,under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance (NDPS) Act.
