An all-round show by Karan Aggarwal (65 and 2 for 33) guided DPCA Blue team to a narrow 12-run win over DPCA Green team in the opening match of the Blue Chilly Summer League being organised by Desh Prem Azad Cricket Academy at St Stephen’s School,Sector 45. Batting first,DPACA Blue posted a total of 195 runs in the allotted 40 overs. Karan Aggarwal was the top scorer for the team as he played a knock of 65 runs. Aggarwal smashed six boundaries and three sixes. Gaurav Singh contributed 28 runs. For DPACA Green,Abhilash Sharma claimed four wickets for 17 runs,while Anmol Ratan Singh grabbed two wickets for 28 runs. In reply,DPACA Green were bundled out for a total of 183 runs in 36.4 overs. Gurpinder Singh was highest scorer for the team playing a knock of 83 runs. For the winning team,Gaurav Singh claimed five wickets for 19 run,s while Karan Aggarwal took two wickets for 33 runs.
