Shekhar Suman breaks down on Raaz Pichle Janam Ka

They’ve got names. Renuka Shahane,Sushmita Sen,maybe even Neil Nitin Mukesh,but the one who broke down during the shoot was Shekhar Suman. Shekhar,who recently was on the sets of Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka with the intention of going through past life regression test,severely broke down at the mention of his deceased son,Aayush. Overtaken by emotions,he cried for almost an hour. Shekhar lost his son almost 15 years ago,who was diagnosed with a fatal heart disease. This was one case,for there have been endless calls at the NDTV office to take part in the show. Just 25 days after opening telephone lines,the new reality show,Raaz has received over 8000 calls from across the country,from people wanting to experience past life regression in order to find answers to their unexplained fears and problems. “This has been a real eye-opener for us. Raaz seems to have awakened the audience to the fact that our past lives do indeed affect our present one. We have received some shocking revelations and queries from callers from across the country,” comments Shailja Kejriwal,EVP Content NDTV Imagine. The concept of the show is based on Past Life Regression,which is a therapy that uses a conscious meditative technique to recover memories of our past lives. It helps address fears,phobias and even physical ailments in our present day lives by finding their roots in our previous lives. Produced in association with Ideas Box Productions,the show will premiere on December 7,Monday to Friday at 9.30 pm on Imagine.
