The Great Indian Kapil Show: Kartik Aaryan says he hasn’t fallen in love even once, ex Ananya Panday reacts

In the leaked promo, Archana Puran Singh picks on one of Kartik’s dialogues in the trailer, ‘The first girl I say I love you to, will be the last girl I will say I love you’, and asks if that is also Kartik’s mantra. Responding to her, Kartik says, “I don’t say I Love You, when the first one happens, I will say it.” Reacting to this, a surprised Ananya Panday, who was also rumored to have dated him in the past, asks, “Toh ab tak nahi hua hai? (So, you haven’t fallen in love yet?).” Kartik only smiles in response.

Sharing her take on modern relationships, Ananya Panday says, “In the 90s love story, people believed more in commitment, now as people talk about live-in relationships, and say that they share everything. If you are in a relationship, just share your password, and you will break up in one minute.”

Further in the episode, Sunil Grover will be seen impersonating Aamir Khan and ask Kartik if he is married, when Kapil says no, Sunil says, “Not even once?” Later in the episode, the actors also see some spooky incidents happen when Krushna Abhishek appears as Manjulika from Kartik’s franchise Bhool Bhulaiyya.

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri box office

Unfortunately, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri has been struggling to make a mark at the box office.  On its 5th day, the film’s nett India collection was Rs 1.75 crores. On Monday, the film saw a 65 percent dip compared to Sunday, when the film earned more than Rs 5 crores. So far, the film’s domestic collection stands at Rs 25.25 crores. On Monday, trade analyst Taran Adarsh also said that he had warned Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan about the film’s fate amidst Dhurandhar’s success at the box office; however, they went ahead and released the film.

A few days back, Kartik had also taken an indirect dig at Dhurandhar and re-posted a story on social media saying, “It’s so heartwarming to see that amidst the madness of hypermasculinity and testosterone-boasting action films, someone is making a breezing progressive film. Congratulations. For building a genre of cinema which entertains yet pushes an envelope deep in the society.”

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri was released in theaters on 25th December.
