Sankalp,A Way to Will,To Help the Ill,is a social organization formed by DAVians Chandigarh to help critically ill children. The students visited Snehalya,a home built for children at risk in Maloya recently and celebrated lohri with them and also organized a drawing competition for children. SANKALP began in November 2006 and has provided financial aid to critically ill children. To collect donations students organize various activities. A mega charity show,SPARKLES10 is going to be held on January 28 in the main auditorium of DAV College,where upcoming student artist will perform. The show will include a rock music performance,a fashion show and items by college groups like Aaghaaz (dramatic club) and Lassya (dance group).
