HPU signs agreement with Russian university

Himachal Pradesh University (HPU) has collaborated with Altai State Technical University,Russia,for a joint research on climate change,energy conservation and other ecological issues. An agreement was signed between the Institute of Integrated Himalayan Studies (IIHS) and the Russian university on Wednesday.
