Help arrested for raping disabled girl

“On Saturday,when the parents of the victim had gone for work and the child was alone at home,the servant of her landlord,Viney Kumar,raped her. While the father of the child is a government servant,her mother is a teacher in a local school,” said Panchkula SP Amitabh Dhillon.

He added: “The medical test of the child has confirmed rape. The accused has been arrested and would be produced in court on Wednesday.”

The SP added that in yet another case,a Rewari-based 45-year-old woman has alleged raped by her relative in the Mansa Devi dharamshala a few days ago.

Dhillon said,“The woman met me today and said that she had come with one of her relatives who brought her to Panchkula on the pretext of getting her personal work done. The two were staying at the Mansa Devi dharamshala where he allegedly raped her.”
