Big names like Gaganjeet Bhullar,C Muniyappa and Mukesh Kumar would be seen in action during the Haryana Open presented by unitech,Ireo,HUDA and Panchkula Golf Club,to be held from October 20 to 23 at Panchkula Golf Club. The tournament is being organised by Professional Golf Tour of India and the event boosts a prize money of Rs 40 lakh.The main tournament will be followed by the Pro-Am event on October 24. The last edition of the Haryana Open was a thrilling affair as Anirban Lahiri won his maiden professional title after prevailing over C Muniyappa by one stroke. Mandeo Singh Pathania took the tournament by storm as he set a new course record of nine under 63 in the second round. The third edition will see the participation of India's top golfers including Gaganjeet Bhullar,C Muniyappa,Ashok Kumar,Mukesh Kumar,Shamim Khan,Chiragh Kumar and Chandigarh's Sujjan Singh,Harendra Gupta,Harmeet Kahlon,Ranjit Singh,Randhir Singh Ghotra and Ajeetesh Sandhu. The tournament also marks Chandigarh professional Sujjan Singh's return to the venue where he won his maiden professional title earlier this year.
