After a six-month delay, the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) will hold the numbering draw for Sector 88-based Purab Premium Apartments on December 29 and 30. There are as many as 1,066 flats that have been built under the first housing scheme rolled out by GMADA.
Details of the allottees are available on the website of GMADA. The development body has fixed December 24 as the last date for allottees to register objections. GMADA has also laid a gas supply line.
The draw will be held for all three categories of the flats— one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom.
GMADA has also started a helpline number (0172-2215311) where the allottees can enquire about the draw. The allottees have also been directed to clear their dues before the draw, failing which their draws will be withheld, said a GMADA official.
GMADA has also decided to give interest to the allottees due to the delay in giving possession. The allottees were to get their flats in May this year, but the process got delayed due to technical reasons.
The housing scheme, however, did not receive a good response due to the high prices of the flats.
