The statements of auto dealer Mohinder Kumar,Mohali DSP Ravinder Singh Sohal,telecom company nodal officer Surjeet Singh,Dr Amardeep of GMCH-32 who conducted the post mortem,and Central Forensic Science Laboratory official Abhimanyu who matched Sukhdevs handwriting with that on the bank vouchers were recorded in the Khushpreet kidnapping-murder case in a local court on Friday.
Mohinder Kumar told the Judge that he had sold his Kinetic Honda scooter to Baljinder and after changing hands,it was finally bought by Surinder,brother-in-law of the accused Sukhdev. Sukhdev had used the scooter many times when he used to go make ransom calls.
